Indigloo Softwares Pvt Ltd is incorporated in India. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact info@indigloo.co. This policy covers this website and its hosted demonstrations. A separate client agreement or product-specific notice may apply to services delivered to a client.
This is a notice about our processing, not a blanket request for consent. Where consent is required, we request it separately. Applicable privacy rights and obligations depend on the circumstances and laws in force; this notice does not claim regulatory certification.
Information processed
Depending on the features you use, we process contact and business details, account and Google sign-in information, meeting reservations, job applications and resumes, review information and attachments, messages, and content submitted to AI features. Account passwords are stored as hashes, not as recoverable plaintext.
Hosting and security systems process request metadata such as network addresses, browser information, timestamps, and security events. Optional Google measurement and advertising features process browsing and device information only after the relevant cookie choice. Do not put personal or confidential information into demonstration tools.
Why information is used
We use information to operate accounts and services, respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, handle recruitment, administer authorized reviews, deliver requested AI responses, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Optional measurement helps us understand site use; optional advertising measurement helps evaluate campaigns.
Processing may be necessary to respond to your request, perform an agreement, protect the service, comply with law, or act on your consent, as applicable. Marketing messages require an appropriate permission or other lawful basis; you can ask us to stop them.
AI submissions and password samples
AI chat and drafting features send submitted text and relevant conversation context to NVIDIA to generate responses. We do not guarantee automatic anonymization. Some chat, planning, and activity records may be retained by the application; do not assume every AI feature is ephemeral.
The Security Analyzer sends email samples, logs, URLs, or code/configuration text to NVIDIA. Its submitted content and generated reports are not saved by the security-analysis application flow or placed in its semantic cache. NVIDIA's own processing and retention terms remain applicable.
The password sample checker operates in your browser without submitting the sample to our password-analysis endpoint or NVIDIA. Never enter a real or currently used password. AI output can be inaccurate and must be independently reviewed.
Service providers and disclosures
Replit provides application hosting and infrastructure; the application's PostgreSQL database and private App Storage support records and uploaded files. These services process the data needed to provide their functions.
Google supports optional Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA where configured, hosted fonts, and consent-controlled Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advertising measurement. Sign-in receives identity information; reCAPTCHA and font delivery can receive device and network metadata even when optional analytics is off. Google measurement identifiers used by this site are G-R3Z5DJ2HCQ, G-PZ7R0DWM7S, GTM-MZ2RZBVB, and AW-17905389663.
NVIDIA processes AI requests. jsDelivr delivers interface libraries and receives ordinary asset-request metadata. Our configured SMTP email service processes recipients and message contents for transactional communications. Browser speech features may use your browser or operating-system provider; hosted speech, when used, can send audio to NVIDIA.
We may disclose information to authorized staff, service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when necessary for the purposes described here or required by law. We do not sell customer-submitted content as a product. Provider terms and processing arrangements should be reviewed before submitting sensitive client data.
Storage, retention, and security
Information is retained according to its purpose, account or client relationship, security needs, and applicable legal requirements. Different record types have different operational lifetimes; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion deadline that the application does not implement.
We use measures such as authentication, access controls, private file storage, password hashing, and transport protection where configured. No system is risk-free. We do not promise that every data store, backup, or third-party system has independently verified encryption or certification.
Providers may process information outside India. Applicable cross-border requirements and contractual safeguards must be considered for the relevant service; we do not claim that all data stays in India.
Your choices, requests, and complaints
Email info@indigloo.co to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, withdrawal of consent, or review of a privacy concern. Tell us the feature involved without sending passwords or identity documents unnecessarily. We may verify identity proportionately before acting.
Requests are assessed under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons. You may also raise a complaint with a competent authority where applicable. Cookie choices can be changed using Cookie settings in the footer.
Age, external sites, and changes
These business-facing services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally seek children's data. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
External websites have their own practices. We update this policy by changing the date and publishing the revised text, and provide additional notice or seek renewed consent when required.
