Operator and scope

This website is operated by Indigloo Softwares Pvt Ltd, India. Contact info@indigloo.co with legal or service questions. These terms govern website use to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an agreement requires affirmative acceptance, merely displaying these terms does not replace that requirement.

Paid services are sold through separate client contracts or quotations. Scope, price, taxes, payment milestones, intellectual-property allocation, support, cancellation, refunds, and service levels are governed by the applicable accepted agreement. This website does not itself create a subscription, recurring charge, refund entitlement, or delivery commitment.

Accounts and authorized use

Use the service only if you are at least 18 and entitled to act for yourself or your organization. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and report suspected compromise. Account access does not grant access to another person's records.

We may restrict access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address violations, subject to applicable law and any binding client agreement. Contact us for account closure and related data requests.

Acceptable use and security testing

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, unsolicited messages, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, or attempts to bypass access controls, quotas, or rate limits.

Analyze only content and systems you own or are authorized to assess. Tool availability is not permission to test third-party infrastructure. Do not submit live passwords, API keys, payment-card details, health records, or other confidential or regulated data to public demonstrations.

AI and demonstration limitations

AI features provide generated suggestions, not verified facts or professional advice. Security assessments are text-based guidance, not live scans, penetration tests, malware clearance, or guarantees of safety. You remain responsible for validating output and obtaining appropriate professional review.

Public showcases illustrate capabilities. A showcase is not an offer to sell a completed product or a promise that every illustrated capability is available in a hosted demonstration. Separate statements of work define client delivery.

Ownership and submitted content

Company-owned code, branding, design, and original materials are proprietary. Access does not grant a license to redistribute or resell them. Third-party and open-source materials retain their own license terms, which are not overridden by these website terms.

You retain your rights in material you submit and must have authority to submit it. You permit the processing needed to provide the requested feature, including use of the disclosed providers. This is not a transfer of ownership of your content. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights.

Availability, warranties, and responsibility

Website features may change or be unavailable. Except for obligations imposed by law or an express client agreement, the website and demonstrations are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on demonstration output or third-party content. Nothing excludes liability or consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Client liability allocations belong in the applicable negotiated agreement; these notices do not impose a new monetary liability cap.

Law, changes, and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. No exclusive court, arbitration seat, or waiver of statutory remedies is established by this notice.
