VibeTry is an augmented-reality virtual try-on application owned and operated by Indigloo Softwares Pvt Ltd (“Indigloo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how VibeTry handles information when you use the Android application.
1. Information We Collect
VibeTry does not collect personal information or device information. In particular, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, or contact details.
- Body measurements, biometric identifiers, face data, photos, videos, or camera recordings.
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, location, usage history, or crash analytics.
- Payment information, contacts, files, messages, or browsing activity.
2. Camera and Augmented-Reality Processing
VibeTry may request access to your device camera solely to display the virtual try-on experience. Camera frames are processed temporarily and locally on your device while the feature is in use.
VibeTry does not record, upload, transmit, or store your camera feed, images, videos, body geometry, pose information, or other visual information on our servers. Camera information is not used to identify you.
You may deny or revoke camera permission at any time through your Android device settings. The virtual try-on feature may not work without camera access.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Because VibeTry does not collect personal data, we do not maintain a personal-data database and have no personal data to retain or delete. The app does not provide cloud accounts or cloud backups.
4. Third-Party Services
VibeTry does not use Firebase, third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, cloud databases, or external services that receive personal data from the app.
Google Play may independently process information when you download or update the app. That processing is controlled by Google and is governed by Google’s own privacy policies. VibeTry does not receive personal data from Google Play through the app.
5. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share personal data because VibeTry does not collect personal data.
6. Children’s Privacy
VibeTry does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults. If you believe the app has behaved in a way inconsistent with this statement, contact us so we can investigate.
7. Security
VibeTry is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping camera processing on the device and avoiding collection or transmission of personal data. No electronic application can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but our data-minimization approach means VibeTry does not maintain a repository of user personal data.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You control camera access through your Android permissions. Because we do not collect or store personal data, we cannot provide, correct, export, or delete data that we do not possess. You may contact us with any privacy question or concern.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if VibeTry’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. If VibeTry begins collecting data in the future, we will update this policy and any applicable Google Play Data safety disclosures before that collection begins.
